Members will be saddened to learn Kurt passed away at home on Wednesday evening.
After immigrating to Australia in 1948 Kurt became a giant of the Australian skiing community; as a competitor, ski gear manufacturer/importer, event organiser, committee member, mentor and sponsor.
Kurt worked tirelessly with skiing bodies and the NPWS, and was also a keen volunteer with the Kurrajong bush fire brigade.
