Particular rooms cannot be guaranteed; availability is subject to change.
Booking period begins at 2:00 pm on day of arrival; rooms must be vacated before 9:00 am on day of departure.
Note the tariff applicable to your membership type and booking dates (Winter or Summer buttons below).
Email Bookings: Open appropriate Lodge Email Booking Form (link below); save the form and complete required information before emailing to the Booking officer. The Booking officers will usually reply within 48 hours with a booking offer and specific Lodge banking details. Please pay deposit or full amount to confirm your booking.
Postal Bookings: Open appropriate Lodge Postal Booking Form (link below) and print, fill out the required information before posting to the Booking officer at address shown on the form. Enclose a cheque for your deposit or the full amount. Should there be no vacancy the Booking Officer will contact you for alternative dates. If we are still unable to find satisfactory period your cheque will be returned.
Note for all bookings: You must read and then accept the SASC Lodge Co-Op Ltd Booking Terms & Conditions and Lodge Rules by clicking the "Email Form" button on the booking form or signing the postal booking form.

- The email booking form may take 30 seconds or longer to load.
