Lodge Booking Forms

Note: You must read the SASC Lodge Co-Op Ltd Booking Terms & Conditions and Lodge Rules before proceeding with a booking request.

On the booking request form you must acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, & further acknowledge & warrant that you  have brought the said terms and conditions to the notice and attention of each and every person listed on the form.  If this is not done your booking request may not be processed!

There are two different booking forms, the standard form you can print and fill out manually. and a new email form you can fill out on your computer, and email directly from your computer. The email booking form may take as much as 30 seconds to load

Lodge Packages are offered by Charlotte Pass Village for Lifts,  Lifts and Hire or Lift,  Hire and Lessons. Oversnow transport is included with all packages and 20% discount applies if purchased before 29th February 2012.
